Sales
The seller shares vision. The client wants certainty about delivery and risk.
Connective Code in Practice
Your team learns to recognise what clients, colleagues and decision-makers need to trust, engage and make a clear decision. Not with another script, but with a shared language that remains useful under pressure.
For sales, leadership, collaboration, negotiation and international relations.
Why this matters
Everyone is doing their best. One person adds context, another creates a plan, a third protects the relationship and number four simply wants to start. That is exactly how a good conversation can still stall.
The seller shares vision. The client wants certainty about delivery and risk.
One person calls it care. Another experiences delay.
The strategy is sound, but employees do not yet hear what it means for them.
Everyone has spoken. Nobody knows who does what next.
The method
The Code is not a personality test or another box system. Everyone uses Vision, Connection, Structure and Movement. The difference is the order in which someone processes information, builds trust and decides.

What your organisation receives
We connect insight to the real conversations, writing and decisions in your organisation. The exact format varies. The practical application does not.
The foundation of every programme
We identify where language currently costs trust, pace, collaboration, decisions or results.
Participants work with client conversations, emails, proposals, objections and team situations.
Concise theory is immediately followed by practice, simulation, feedback and another attempt.
Every participant translates insight into words, questions, agreements or behaviour for their own work.
The team can discuss differences without character judgements or colour-chart politics.
We close with what participants and the organisation will apply, test and continue.
Depending on the chosen route, this can be extended with
+Code Quiz and personal Code profile
+before-and-after measurement
+conversation cards, templates and decision frameworks
+practice assignments and application calls
+team agreements and embedding document
+30, 60 and 90-day reviews
+licence exploration for internal use
The three programmes
The three programmes can be used separately or together. Duration, location, group size and investment follow after the context is clear.
Speaking and writing
Recognise the four preferences and build conversations, emails and messages in which meaning, people, clarity and action come together.
Interests and decisions
Explore what really sits behind a position or objection. Make space for difference without leaving the outcome vague.
Personal, business and international
Work with differences in culture, pace, hierarchy and trust without reducing people to their style.
Choosing the right format
After the introductory call, we choose the smallest format that is sufficient. Bigger sounds impressive. Appropriate tends to work better.
Schedule a callWhat we work towards
Less broadcasting from the offer. Better alignment with what the client is actually weighing.
Know sooner what is missing, who decides and which next step is realistic.
Discuss feedback and differences without immediately making them personal.
Agreements gain an owner, language, rhythm and a moment to test whether they work.
The Code cannot guarantee a yes, conversion or behaviour change. It does increase the chance of a free, honest and well-informed decision.
How we start
We explore where communication currently costs trust, pace, decisions, collaboration or results.
We define who needs different behaviour, in which situations and how you want to notice improvement.
You receive a proposal for a workshop, training, leadership session, implementation or tailored support.
Frequently asked questions
No. The quiz and profile give language to preferences, but nobody is one style. The goal is choice in behaviour, not another label.
No. The same patterns appear in leadership, collaboration, change, negotiation, customer contact and international relationships.
It can be part of the chosen route. We use the Code Quiz and personal profile when they demonstrably support application.
That depends on the issue, training line, number of participants and desired embedding. We first determine what is needed and then make an appropriate proposal.
A licence can be explored. Usage rights, guidance, conditions and investment are agreed separately.
Introductory call
In the first conversation, we make the issue smaller and more concrete. You will not have training pushed down your throat. You will get an honest view of the first step that makes sense.
